Synergy Cross Dock 2.0 is already installed in hundreds of docks around the continent, providing its benefits and paybacks to the discriminating carriers who purchased it. With the upcoming release of version 3.0, the features many have been clamoring for since the release of 2.0 will be a reality.

The Door Screen, which is the nerve center of the dock, has been completely redesigned to give the dock supervisor instant access to quick reports, dashboard alerts, searches and door listings by status, all of which are easily configurable using a preference settings. An actual graphical display of your dock layout contains color codes to show door statuses, and a click on the door icon displays a tabbed screen where door, trailer and destination information is displayed, in addition to trailer and load manifests.

The Dockman App, which is available in a handheld, door-mount or forklift-mount versions, takes advantage of Synergistic’s many years of experience implementing mobile data devices in tough environments like docks, scrap yards and truck cabs. Its friendly touch screen interface lets the dockman do the most work with the least effort, resulting in shorter training times and fewer errors. An interface to popular forklift scales is available, eliminating the purchase of an expensive dedicated computer for each scale.
